Reservations are welcome and sometimes necessary for piece of mind during our busy months.
Deposits:
$500. deposit for a monthly stay.
$100. deposit for a weekly stay.
Nightly room reservation paid in full.
Three weeks notice required for full refund of monthly rate deposit.
One week notice for weekly. 24 hours for nightly.
Emergencies causing a shorter notice of cancellation, such as illness, will be accepted upon confirmation.
Upon departure deposit will be returned in full when unit is left in a satisfactory manner. Example no damages and no evidence of smoking.
These payments should be made with cash or check.
